It took me many, many years to develop the voices I do have (and even then, it’s not that many compared to other voice actors).
Even so, I thought you had some good ones here! I would start with trying to do different pitches or accents, and then layer in more complex voices from there.
Like anything else, it just takes practice. You’ve already got a great ear for the tone and pacing of narration, which is honestly one of the toughest things to learn.
For example, when I first started narrating, I read WAY too fast. You don’t have that problem, though. So, you’re already well on your way. 👏👏

From what I could find, Gollum is the name of a character from The Lord of the Rings, while a golem sounds more like the creature that you describe.
