This might be your best poem yet, my friend. Sweet Cthulhu, some of these lines hit me like a ton of bricks. I think this one is my favorite:
"You've walked through Hell
What's one staircase more?"
If this wasn't already connected to a larger work, I'd have to insist that you expand it into a full book or series. It stands on its own, for sure, and the words echo well beyond the page, but damn if I don't want more. 👏👏
